By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Tutto Napule
Tutto Napule is an Italian food, drink, homeware, kitchenware and gift retailer inspired by the culture and traditions of Italy, with Campania and Naples at the heart of the brand.
Although our focus is Campania, not every product we sell originates in Campania. We also carefully select products from other regions of Italy where they reflect the quality, traditions, craftsmanship and everyday culture we wish to celebrate.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information are accurate.
Natural and handmade products may vary in colour, grain, shape, texture and appearance. Such variations are not necessarily defects.
Product photographs are representative where products are handmade or made from natural materials.
3. Product Information
Food products should always be checked against the physical packaging before consumption.
Manufacturers may change ingredients, recipes, packaging or production processes. The information printed on the product packaging should therefore be treated as the most current information.
Customers with allergies or intolerances should contact us before purchasing if they require additional information.
4. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative, delayed delivery or refund.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout unless otherwise stated.
If a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order where reasonably possible.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including serious pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock availability issues or circumstances preventing fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and delivery information is accurate.
8. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations and addresses made available during checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
If an order is delayed, damaged or appears to have been lost, please contact us at sales@tuttonapule.com.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, broken, missing, incorrect or appears to have been tampered with, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to assist our investigation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
10. Returns and Cancellation
Eligible online purchases may be cancelled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Generally, consumers purchasing eligible goods online have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify the trader that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain perishable goods and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Further information is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Food Products
Food products may be subject to statutory exceptions from cancellation rights depending on their nature.
This does not affect your rights where food is faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements.
12. Pacco da Giù
Our Pacco da Giù products are inspired by the Italian tradition of sending parcels of food and household favourites to family members living elsewhere.
The exact contents of a Pacco da Giù may vary depending on the specific product and availability.
Where substitutions are necessary, we will aim to provide a suitable product of equal or greater value.
13. Promotions
Promotional codes and offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
